We had a great stay, and the house worked well for our group of eight. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating, and everyone enjoyed the chess and checker tables. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were especially nice quality. A great walkable neighborhood with access to parks & playgrounds. Walkable to restaurants/ Starbucks / CVS. 5minute drive to Costco too. One thing future guests should know is that the [1st floor] sleeper chairs are better suited for children or preteens than adults.

We stayed at Savorn’s Staterooms for one night over the 4th of July weekend with a group of 8, and it was a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and Savorn was responsive and proactive throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, which made hosting a big group easy and comfortable. One small note, the fire pit area is a bit smaller than we expected, so plan accordingly if that’s a big part of your itinerary with a larger group. There’s plenty to do nearby, including visiting the aquatic center and the Cosumnes River Preserve, and being in Sacramento means there’s no shortage of restaurants to explore. Would recommend for groups looking for a comfortable base in the area!

I can't say enough about Ms. Staterooms and her Brounstone Boutique. We communicated as if we were family. Jeffery and I wanted to send everybody home, and stay a few more days. We would travel from Seattle to Sacramento "ONLY" to stay, at the Boutique. I will DEFINITELY find a reason to come back. like: "I LEFT MY PHONE CHARGER" WE NEED TO GO BACK!.🤣

We were a party of 12, celebrating my daughter‘s college graduation. The home is beautiful. Cozy and clean. Plenty of room to spend quality time together. The beds were very comfortable. She made our graduation weekend a true delight- even left a wonderful graduation congrats for our college graduate- made us all feel so special. Tracey was a great host. Always so responsive and made us feel at home. Was there for NorCal's tennis sectionals and on the stairs, she wrote in chalk welcoming my tennis team. The house was spacious and had all the necessities that you need. If our Sectionals is in Folsom again will probably stay here again. Thanks for the flexible check in time too - much appreciated.

We came up with our Explorers for an explorer competition. The house was more than we could ever expected. There was plenty of room for everybody and we had a large group of 13 of us. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Savorn was an amazing host. She had the additional trundle beds pulled out and made for us. She went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely use and stay in this home again next year.

This was a phenomenal rental. I was fortunate enough to travel to Sacramento on behalf of my organization to attend a trade show and a couple of other organizational volunteers flew out as well and we had an amazing time. Everything was so clean and so comfortable and we didn't really want for anything. This house was able to accommodate all of us extremely comfortably.

We used this as the bride + bridal party + family's home base for a wedding. So much space, a beautiful property, you have everything you need and everything is labeled. If you're a smaller group who wants to spread out or a larger group who needs lots of beds I 100% recommend this place and would stay here again.

We used this home for a bachelorette party and had a blast! The host was extremely communicative and responsive to messages. The main living area was perfect for relaxing, visiting, and activities. The spaciousness was perfect; we had 8 people watching a movie and there was room for everyone to have a place to sit without feeling cramped. I had a cute little welcome on the front porch when I arrived, and the house was absolutely gorgeous. It worked perfect for my eight people that came, and we will use her every time we come to the Sacramento Valley for business.Her house made my work trip much much better. We had a wonderful stay at the Home in Rancho Cordova. Tracey (Savorn Staterooms) went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. Communication was excellent—she was quick to respond, provided videos and photos to clarify details, shared helpful tips about the neighborhood, and even reserved parking spots just in case (though parking was plentiful). The home itself was cozy and perfect for our group after a rafting trip. The living room was set up with comfy sofas, bar seating, and games that kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and serving meals, and the bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fresh white sheets gave us peace of mind and showed the high standard of cleanliness. Overall, it was the perfect place for our group to relax, socialize, and recharge. This was an amazing place for two families. Bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor. The ground floor was perfect for a gaggle of school/high school age children. A fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, but not too much. A few board games and a drawing pad/book were a lovely way to engage kids in off-screen activities, Comfortable beds, a selection, of pillows, and comfortable lighting in all in all rooms. 6-stars, if it were possible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The description of the house is spot on. Our family of four along with a parent really felt the layout was perfect overall. My wife and I did wish there was a master bedroom with a king bed as the master bathroom is beautiful but having the bunk beds up in the master does make sense for allowing more guests to stay in the house. The house is broken up very nicely to where each floor feels independent of each other which is wonderful when traveling with multiple families or family members. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and as others have stated, Tracey was a great host. Very communicative and helpful and she made everything super easy for us.

Tracey was a super host in terms of accommodating our needs. There was a neighborhood movie event at our check-in time that would have caused some difficulty in parking in front of the house. She went by earlier and set aside cones to save a space right in front of the house. This was especially considerate when checking-in all your stuff and moving your luggage and food inside. Everything inside is well-thought out and labelled, from light switches to locks to remotes to drawers. This helps with acclimating to a new home. The beds were comfortably firm and temperature was easily modifiable on each level. We loved our restful stay during our long days at a nearby volleyball tournament. Tracy was even so kind as to go out of her way to mail back a charger that I overlooked. I won't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for your responsiveness.

Tracey was an incredible host! She went above and beyond making our stay comfortable. We found this listing after our previous host canceled half of our 4-night stay; we ended up canceling the rest of that booking and hoped to find a place we could call home our entire stay. We feel we actually dodged a bullet and won the lottery finding this beautiful place that fit our group of 11! Immediately after booking, Tracey reached out to welcome us and continued with great communication that showed she truly values her guests. The layout was perfect and gave our group consisting of 3 different families space to feel like we had privacy when we needed it, yet the main floor had ample hangout space for us to all be together. It was clean and accommodations were well-thought out. Additionally, the area felt safe and was convenient to walking to breakfast, Sprouts, CVS, etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Tracey is truly a superhost!!

I found Tracey’s Airbnb after another one had cancelled on us and left us in a lurch. We stayed only one night here bc we were going whitewater rafting the next day but I could have definitely stayed for longer! Her place is absolutely lovely and homey. Tracey was so kind and included thoughtful gestures that really made me grateful that we had found her place at the last minute! Would recommend!

We stayed at Tracey’s place for a family gathering and absolutely loved it! We had a few adults and a few kids with us and the place had everything we needed and more! It felt like staying in a boutique hotel! The kids loved staying together in the bunk bed room and the adults had an awesome time in the family room and kitchen. The best part was the chess/checkers table, it had us entertained all night and even into the next day! We took a walk around the area and it is conveniently located near a beautiful park and tons of shopping/restaurants. Tracey was super helpful, friendly, and responsive!
